Gautam presently serves as Manager in Operational Excellence Department in HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL), Guru Gobind Singh Refinery at Bathinda , India. The Company is into the business of downstream refining with 11.3 MMTPA with its superior petroleum and petrochemical products. With 24 years of experience he is currently the lead member of Electrical Reliability. His responsibilities include refinery optimal performance & refinery performance improvement by providing incident investigation support, implementation and post-implementation assistance for solving mission-critical problems that could save lives, prevent serious injuries, prevent environmental damage, eliminate costly equipment downtime.
