Jonathan O’Brien is the Maintenance Reliability Leader at Monroe Energy LLC’s Oil Refinery in Trainer Pennsylvania. He is responsible for spearheading reliability initiatives of all rotating equipment, instrumentation and electrical departments within the facility. Mr. O’Brien and his group also support maintenance and capital projects, applying industry and company best practices. Mr. O’Brien has 20 years of broad engineering experience with a focus on rotating equipment reliability in various roles with HollyFrontier, Frontier Oil, and Koch Minerals. He has also served in several testing and development capacities for Hawker Beechcraft, and Spacehab. Mr. O’Brien is a member of the API 610 12th Edition Task Force, a member of SAE, and a degreed Mechanical Engineer with a BSME from Wichita State University in Wichita, KS.
